Yes, I moved in with my boyfriend when I was young too. I kept it from the family for years. Fact is, they knew long before they let on. If you are of a legal age, don't tell your friends or only tell the ones that can keep a secret.

Tell them to meet you somewhere or at their place. If they insist in coming to visit you, tell them you live in a bad neighbourhood or your landlord doesn't accept visitors.
