Paris Hilton, I swear I have never seen a person that brain dead before. Her hair dye must have burned all of her brain cells. Nicole Richie may not be much smarter but at least she knows when to shut her mouth, Miss Hilton has yet to figure out when to do that.

Paris Hilton. I don't think she can use a word that has more than 3 syllables. Nicole Ritchie can be smart at times if she puts in an effort. She's has shown that she's not as dumb as Hilton when she's doing the late night talk show rounds.

Paris Hilton by a mile, she is the embodiment of dumb and stupid
Nicole Richie is just entertaining and fun to watch. When she cleans up, she can be smart, worldly, and trendy.

They are both equally as dumb.
BUT, if I am forced to answer... I vote Paris to be the one with the smaller IQ.

I don't think either one of them is dumb...they just don't make the right choices sometimes...once they figure out that the negative attention they are both generating is getting old, hopefully they will figure out a better way to live their lives with the luxuries they were born with...
