i'd say you are doing the best thing you can... it gets so much worse in a few weeks..... at least it did for me.... if i dont wear a pantyliner its seriously like i pee my pants.... kind of gross i know, but at least the pantyliner you can take off and toss it... with the undys it just feels unclean and you go through like 20 pairs in 1 day.

It could be urine but it could also be discharge. You could also be losing your mucas plug slowly. Your next doctors appt I would bring it up. Between 35 and 37 weeks they do a group b strep culture on pregnant women - you could ask your doc to check you and see if you have lost your plug or if you're possibly dialating. If it is urine there is probably nothing you can do until your little one is born. Hopefully, it's just from the pregnancy and won't happen afterwards. Not to scare you but the loss of control does stay with a lot of women, so don't be afraid to talk to your doc. Good luck and take care!

Nope sorry, but it might not just be a bladder control problem, alot of women are alot more damp down there do to the extra hormones so I wouldn't worry about it, just keep them panti liners on hand.

kegals is the only way I know.... I know I hated them too...
it is a muscle and needs to be kept toned.. like our stomach, legs, or any other... just like situps (of some sort) for stomach muscles... cardio for heart? the pelvic floor this is the one... and unless you want to end up having to wear those diapers for adults really young? I think you should at least do one rep. a day of them... even if it is just that it will help... every little bit does...

No, it happens to a lot of woman, do your kegal exercises and talk to your doctor at your next appt.
The added weight and pressure of pregnancy can weaken pelvic floor muscles. Other aspects of pregnancy and childbirth can also cause problems:
Unborn babies push down on the bladder, urethra, and pelvic muscles.

get some bladder control pads. They will help. They have all options for what you are needing, light to heavy. There are medications too, but with being pregnant, I wouldn't recommend them.

no hon. i don't think this is "bladder leakage" unless you FEEL your bladder leaking.
this is probably just thick discharge which is normal in the last trimester.
just keep using the panty liners....as they do help with bladder leakage too later on and after the baby for the first few weeks.

Sorry, not really. Your uterus is basically smashing your bladder. The only thing you can do is use the bathroom alot. Don't worry, it goes away the second you have the baby.

The only way to control this is to do kegels.......keep in mind that doing them will also make sex more enjoyable, you will have more intense orgasms, and your vagina will shrink back faster after a vaginal delivery.
