Prague is great -- there are many different things to see -- I don't know your interests.

My suggestion, go on a 4 hour city tour to get the highlights then make your own plans for the rest of your time to see the things you are interested in and where you want to spend more time.

Prague is one of my favorite cities. There are constant free classical concerts. The art galleries are great! The zodiac clock at the Cathedral is a "must see". Climb up one of the supports on the chain bridge to look out over the rooftops. Prague Castle can takes days by itself. A visit can be made in 3 days, but you will be rushed.

OK - I was born there, and now that the commies are gone, go there every year. Usually spend 2-3 months there so as to see all the things I missed. and yes, there are so many things to see.

Here is a list of MUST see:

The Prague castle
Václavské Namestí (Wenceslaus Square)
National Museum
Troja Chateau across the street from the Zoo.
Castle Karlstejn
Petrín with the "hungry wall"
Orloj - tower clock on Old Town Square.

Don't forget to get multiple day ticket good from local trains and cable car to trams busses and subway.
