Iranian people are very warm people if you visit their country they will try to give you the best that they have. I been there that's why I am talking, is only a hand full which are too much into religion and become fanatics and narrow minded. Also don't believe the media, they are always trying to demonize other countries and just put you the worst of the worst. If you want to change the world start by changing the media.

The problem is that foreigners have been meddling in Iranian internal affairs for most of the last 100 years - England and Russia invaded them in 1906, and forced the Shah to sign over oil rights to a British company, British Petroleum, England and the USSR invaded Iran again in 1941, in 1953 the CIA overthrew the Prime Minister because he wanted to end British Petroleum's monopoly on Iranian oil ect ect ect.
Only since 1979 have Iranians been free from foreign meddling - that's why they are struggling so hard to keep their country free from foreign bondage.

Most people in Iran are just like most people all over the world.
It is always a handfull of people that cause all the trouble and
another handfull that do the most good.

They stopped making hand made Persian Rugs and therefore the World is mad with them.

In short its all a battle of religion. They think that we insult theirs and that we are trying to convert them.
Religion is a great reason for war according to them. You got to fight for what you believe in right?
