3x^2/6x^3 + 4x^2
=3x^2/ 2x^2(3x+2)
=1.5/(3x+2)
now take the derivative -1.5*3/(3x+2)^2
= -9/2(3x+2)^2

[(6x)(6x^3 + 4x^2)-(18x^2+8x)(3x^2) ] / [(6x^3 + 4x^2)^2]

use the quotient rule.
It looks like this
f(x)/g(x)=
g(x)f'(x)-f(x)g'(x)
---------------------(divide by)
[g(x)]^2

f(x) will equal 3x^2 and
g(x) will equal 6x^3+4x^2
f'(x) will equal 6x and
g'(x) will equal 18x^2+8x

the rest is just plugging it in and simplifying
hope it helps
