What are the worst areas to live in Pittsburgh?

I can tell you some of my favorite neighborhoods. The South Side is all-around awesome, particularly if you enjoy being forced to exercise by climbing nine bazillion stairs to your front door. I grew up in Brookline, which is a great place to be a kid (best trick-or-treating to be had in the city). My best friend grew up in Squirrel Hill, which is also nice.

The Hill District is bad, as is East Liberty.
