Here is the list of what I think she might like. You know your woman best, so you decide what suits her =)
1) Cook her a nice dinner, and buy champaigne
2) Buy her favourite flowers and a card. You can lay them out on the bed or fill the whole room with flowers.
3) If you remember what you did on your first date, do that again. 4) Take her on a vacation
5) Give her lots of attention, kiss and hug her telling her how much she means to you

The first anniversary is the "paper" anniversary. It has to be something with paper. I say "paper" anniversary because each anniversary has something special attached to it. More common ones are the silver (25) and gold (50).
