no,nothing special,just slightly better than level 3 that u can answer extra 20 questions more than level 3,u can check with ur yahoo answer team anytime u want.it's just 4 fun n help other people's problem voluntarily.

U are somewhat in the proverbial middle (management) level, where the lower levels hate u and put pins in your seat, and the upper levels stamp on you. There is no escape for you. All the best.

I'm at level 4 and now all the level 3 people are mad cause I left them and all the level 5s and up think they're better than me.

No, but I think they give away chotskys once in awhile. I think it indicates your Level of addiction. You're now in the danger zone! They give you different priveledges in starring questions, rating and starring questions and such like that.
