That was awful. He is a pretty good drafter though and you can't blame the injuries to Paul Pierce, Wally Szczerbiak and Tony Allen on him.

Not very long. He's done a horrible job trying to rebuild and improve the Celtics. He's made a lot of poor trades and offseason signings. Right now the Celtics are going nowhere. I say he'll be gone by the end of the season. Another GM that should be fired also is Kevin Mchale for the T-wolves. He's also done a bad job with his team.

great question... don't knock him for the telfair trade, give the kid a chance... all of ainge's other experiments just blew up... he'll be gone by 2008...
