Use PowerPoint. Microsoft Office online has many great business sales presentation that will walk you through all that you need. It depends on the purpose of the presentation as to what key points you would include. But here are some always include:
Background on the issues, Current Situtation, Proposed Solution or outcome. Basically you need to inform the people you are presenting to, explain clearly and quickly what it is you want them to do, and have a call to action for that. Generally speaking you don't want more than 7-12 slides.
