i don't know where bangalore is. if it's in the usa, then the best thing to do is go to a Realtor that has handled a few land sales. you see, it depends on exactly where the land is located. a home builder, for example, will not generally build houses on land that are on a major commercial street because it makes no sense. a gas station owner might want to put a gas station there. things such as street lighting, sewer systems, gas lines, telephone lines and the sort will come into play too. but think: location, location, location. since i don't know what you plan to do with the land, i can't give you better advice. good luck with whatever it is!
