teachers who need affection?

is it true, that teachers who are touchy with their students and put their hands on their students shoulders, etc...are the ones who dont get enough affection from their wives, children etc...
If your teacher does this all the time to almost everyone of their students, and puts his hand on your shoulder, gives you mini hugs etc. and you can just tell hes not a pervert. Why would a teacher be so starved of affection that he does this. I also have a teacher like this.

Teachers are people. Some people are touchy feely and some are not. I wounldn't put much thought into it if you are comfortable that Mr. Pervert is not in the house.

I don't think it's necessarily true for every teacher that they're touch feely coz of lack of affection at home. Some people just are touchy feely. Maybe part of they're personlity. But if it that it's not just teachers, anyone can be starved of affection by anyone for any reason. I dunno why he would do it. Maybe just lonely, likes human contact but not in a pervy way.

Alot of people are not starved for affection, they are just giving affection because it's part of their personality to be expressive and very touchy feely.

they don't lack affection, but being in the emotional world (they don't work for a factory producing products or a firm offering services) where their output can't be judged in the short term. Also they deal with young, tender humans, who, they feel need help and encouragement It is just like the jockey, who lavishes affection on his horse, touches and strokes it, so that it wins the race.

yes there r some culprits take this opportunity to abuse teaching which is a sacred job of respect by all parents n students.these types of action r too excessive indeed.
