I would like improve my concentration. How do I do it?

I am a class 9 student. I am unable to concentrate on my studies. My writing speed is also quite slow and although I know spelling of a word, I misspell the word when writing.

practice meditation... like rifle shooting, yoga, etc. when u take a break from studying concentrate on something like a target.. breathe deeply...

for ur handwriting, try not writing in print.. join the letters and write slant (slanting to ur right) helps you write faster..

and about ur spellings... well I've had the same problem, I read more books so i became more familiar with tough words... when you read alot somehow you get use to the words and you don't have to study the spelling really hard to remember it, while writing u can just picture the word in ur mind...

concentrate on ur sentence when ur writing, don't think further or on other things.

well... that's nice.. am 9th too... practice makes perfect!
to improve ur speed of writing, u can practice by trying to write as fast as u can!! but be sure that it doesn't spoil ur hand writing... to reduce ur spelling mistakes u should try hard to concentrate on what u write.. understand the meaning of the words u write as it also helps to learn ur answers easily... there is no way to improve ur concentration unless u try to do so! dont wander ur mind when ur teacher is teaching in ur class... if u dont have the ability to control ur mind now... then u would never.. anyway..

1.play shooter video games as if your life depended on your best scores. That will get you concentrating well in no time.

2.You could be dyslexic so you might need to see a specialist doctor.

3. After school coaching could be the answer.

in every morning and evening in every day do meditation.it is not like only close eyes mind moves all place.all concentration come into centre of the head.every time spend 10 to 30 minutes.no,worry about writing speed is low.your concentration into your control you must write speed.to remove spelling mistake you practise writing after studying.so,you must remove spelling mistake.you will follow this you improve your self...........

Brahmi can be obtained from a healthfood shop which can help also omega 3 has been proven to help concentration.Are you getting enough sleep.....Have you been tested for attention deficit disorder are you just bored with the subjects.....There are many reasons for lack of concentration most can be fixed with extra sleep and a proper diet

Take a blank piece of paper and write about your problem like you are thinking it... Just scrawl. If you made a mistake correct it. But don't let your train of thought to wander far. If you do happen to forget what you were thinking about, repeat the process of writing - this time think of something new and write... This ought to keep you engaged for a long time if you are dead serious about writing something...

You have to develop love for your study of subjects and when you do that you will learn fast and that will make you to get better score and appreciation from others.
Writing speed can be improved by practise and diligence.
Spelling can be improved by learning the spelling correctly by the proper understnding of the word,root and syllabification.e.g
