No doubt, reservations are for the sake of politics and not people at all. It is simply a tactics towards their vote bank. There is no reservation required for any job or admissions based on caste etc, rather the jobs and admissions must be reserved for those who really deserve. By bringing parameters like SC/ST/OBC we are rather making these classes more weak and good for nothing. Let the talent come from each class be it brahmin or kshatritya or muslim or OBCs. Let us all take pledge not to go for reservations and mark the GENERAL category only even if we are actually from quotas, so that we grow up based on our potential and give a helping hand in national development, at the same time also discourage our political leaders to divide and rule based on our castes etc.

than for the sake of people it is for the sake of politics. Long back reservations have been introduced, for the sake of backward people those who are not getting the chance. Now let us c, whether those people are getting the chance, just c who r using this opportunity, the children of highly educated people, well settled people. Is it necessary for them, reservations r provided for them?

Reservations will do no good for reserved category people, general category people, talented people and neither for the country.
