so today i was driving to work with my friend in the car. My phone went do the seat next to her leg. we were sporadically talking when I went to reach for my phone when i noticed where it was. So I purposefully rubbed my hand against her outer thigh while grabbing my phone. She didn't move her leg or anything. i told her sorry and that I was getting my phone and not trying to cop a feel. She laughed really loud, which is not what I thought she was going to do. I thought she was going to just say it's okay. But she didn't, she just laughed. so when I finished up with my phone I placed it back next to her leg while touching her again but acting like I was obvlivious. Do you think she knew I did it on purpose? What was she thinking?

no she doesn't know i'm out. and she's pretty touchy feely herself. it seems our arms are always touching on the armrest in the car. come to think of it, today when she was driving my car earlier she referred to it as our car. mmm... odd.

Yeah she knows you like her. The fact that she laughed shows that she's not uncomfortable with it, but you may still want to take it slow, just to be sure. I'd say things are looking good for you.

i guess u can never be sure what a person was thinking.
seems pretty harmless to me.
i would say she was just laughing at the idea of it....
maybe she thought your phrase "cop a feel" was funny.
laughing seems like a good thing to do to me to just lighten the atmosphere a bit, and just as a sign that she didn't think you were trying anything on her....

in situation's like that usually both people get the vibe, but one of them isn't really sure of how to take it, or is in denial that it was on purpose. And other times, they know what your trying to do, and don't like it, thing's may get uncomfortable from now on, or steamy. . . who knows. See how she acts from now on. Then you'll know what she felt like.
