Double Jeopardy only applies when someone is accused of a crime and is found innocent (or guilty) in a court of law. That person cannot be accused of the exact same crime.

I'm not sure what you mean but you can't be re-tried for a crime you've been acquitted of unless their is new evidence not used in the previous trial. Hope that helps a little
