I have a E-150 Conversion Van that vents out semi-warm heat (only for less than 1 minute), but shortly after, eventually starts too push cold air out of the vents. What could be the cause this problem?

low coolant level in radiator, not alowing heated coolant to reach and fill heater core, which is probably higher than radiator. Also, clogged heater core, not allowing full charge of heated coolant in core, a;so possible kinked or restricted heater hose(s) creating same problem which is cold heater core

The hot/cool blend door in the ducting. I believe it's vacuum controlled.
