I'm 16 years old. I'm grauduating from HS in 2008. I'm going to college in 2010(Giving Myself a break first before I hit College). And I want to know how can I become famous. I want to become a Pastry Chef or just a regular Chef. How much do they make? Will I become Famous like Rachael Ray with her Show and Mags?

Hard work, cook well, have great people skills -- you'll need them for producers and for your audience. One thing you can do is see if you can get a cooking internship on one of those shows -- especially the summer after your senior year would be good. It'll give you a good feel for what goes on, and might help you figure out what it takes to make it in Cooking Show Biz.

if you are really serious, get work experience while in high school, I also recommend going to a vo-tech school. start that now because many of them have two- year programs that give you a certificate when you graduate high school. then apply to a good culinary school. businesses are looking for college degrees, even in the culinary field. I go to the Culinary Institute of America and I love it. check out ciachef.edu
