When you get lonely...do you avoid the loneliness by filling it with the external or internal????

As in....do you look for someone to hang out with or do you self reflect?

funny you should ask! i self reflect until i drive myself crazy, then i force myself to seek company. lately i try to fill the void with yahoo answers or chatting with friends, but that's really not cutting it.

Internal..i find that, from experience, it has a longer effect than if you look for someone to be with. Nowadays, I don't really feel lonely anymore, even when I'm alone. But it would probably be different if I was alone during the holidays.

I do it by being with myself. I find that solving tests and quizzes makes me stop feel lonely. This is the link I use most.

Always, internally. I turn on some soft mood music and try to figure out why I'm feeling the way that I am. Usually works for me.

i get lonely when i dont see my friends in a while or i havent been doing much socializing. but i like being alone and doing hobbies by myself so as long as i do have friends to go and talk to im fine n_n ♥
