someone that has a little too much skin showing?

For example I was in the grocery store and saw this young adult that looked to be wearing just a dark bra and a thin bolero type of shirt that barely met in the front and it was 16 degrees out, I just looked the other way...I don't know how people can dress like that in such frigid temps!

Yes, it does bother me. What bothers me more is that that person believes I think she is attractive because I looked her direction. Ewwww

Yes it does bother me and it looks vulgar, sad for the person not me. People don't know how to dress no more, they should take example from the Italians. You can be stylish and covered up at the same time, especially during the winter months.
People can be less covered but not in a vulgar way when then temp. is in it's 90-100°f.

Sometimes. Esp. if its old outside and their walking round in a mini skirt and a top u may as well call a bra!

Its quite disturbing tho when u c someone dressed showing ALOT of skin in an outfit that is way to small for their body!

I was in a nice neighborhood coffee house sitting at a table near the counter when an overweight man with baggy low-slung jeans came in to order a latte. He was friendly to the counter person, so I was thinking he might have patronized the place before. Then he reached to pickup something, raising his Tshirt 6" and exposed his crack.

He wasn't dirty. But that was a very unpleasant sight -- only 2 ft. from where I sat with my glass of iced tea.

I am all for freedom of expression and I don't believe in regulating dress unless it is a dress code for purposes of school or places of employment. However, those people who insist on dressing however they choose, whether it be at the grocery or to a job interview should be prepared to be judged by others - THAT you do not have control over!

It really bothers me when I see people at places that you should be wearing appropriate clothes but show way to much skin. Such as at my school (where we wear uniforms) and the girls' skirts are so short that they cannot bend over. Or at church and the girls are wearing low cut shirts and short skirts

some people have a type of disease called fatmatsulism. It is like the opposite of annorexia. People with fatmatsulism do not realise that they are fat and only see a thin person when they look in the mirror, therefore they think they look good in tight clothes. People who have this disease, it is not their fault they just need help

I do agree that they should dress according to the temp. but some ppl are hot natured and the temp. probably didnt bother her. But the amount of flesh shown in the public eye show stay conservative.

people think to dress because they have the body, rather then dress to respect themselves. Women look trashy when they wear skimpy clothing. Major Turn Off
