I don't know WHO coined the phrase, "MORNING sickness!" Must've been some clueless "MAN!" I, seriously, was nauseous morning, noon, and ESPECIALLY night! You are totally normal Honey! I just prayed and suffered through it knowing that "this too shall pass..."WHEW!" It was TOUGH! I'm sorry you have to go through that and that I couldn't have been more help.

I had the same problem through my whole pregnancy especially b4 I went to bed, as soon as i would lie down I would feel sick and had really bad heartburn. I went on medication but it really didn't help. Honestly after I would get sick I would feel better. Try to stay away from fatty foods, take some tums or rolaids. Also I found that milk helped. Try lying sitting up alittle, it would help too. best of luck and congratulations.

try plain dry cereal. a little fresh ginger tea works (boil a few slices of ginger root and drink the broth). what worked best for me and i had morning sickness through all 3 trimesters for all 3 of my kids was to slowly sip flat (leave the lid off the bottle for a day) caffeine free cola. not diet- that stuff is poison. make sure it is a small amount like an ounce or two since cola is certainly not too healthy.

Yes, I'm currently enduring this as well. I also get headachy after a nap! I've found that munching on some fruit or cereal (Special K with berries and yogurt is my current fave) helps a bit.
