If you passed your examination, you should be able to obtain your certificate by providing your particulars and proper identification by mail or in person - I would think.
Why should any university make any special arrangements to issue an older certificate - if you did not pick it up on time - it's not their fault - isn't it ?

Actually, I do. Hugging is a normal way of showing affection, and should not be banned. Part of the reason many go to church is for the friendship and love. My feeling is that, if the youth are banned from hugging, they better get the same message out to the older ladies, who might, after 60-70 years become lesbians if they hug their friends, and the married couples who are obviously just starting their foreplay at church. Oh! And parents better not hug their kids, because that might make them become pedophiles. And the so-called "Christian side-hug"? Like a pedophile is going to not have his urges because there's no frontal contact? Like teens hormones won't still be raging if there's only brief, "chaste" contact? Come on, people! remember when you were a teenager? It doesn't require any physical contact to get aroused, so you aren't helping anything or limiting their exposure to temptation. Be realistic here! It's really sad that they feel that we aren't strong enough to withstand temptation better than that, that they feel they have to make more rules to govern us by. They must be forgetting that the old Biblical law was so strict that most people stopped even trying to follow it because they knew they'd fail. The excessive rules were part of what caused so many to turn to other gods. If that's what they are doing to their flock, they better be prepared to reap what they sow. Yeah, that's a total embarrassment. If my church ever decides to implement that rule, they'd lose half the congregation the moment it was announced...
