Relationship is the most obvious importance in life. But even more important than that is truth- truth behind the meaning of life. Even if you find there is no meaning or god or afterlife then it's of the utmost importance to find that out too, so you can focus on worldly manners as your top priority... such as relations.
The only way to find this is to search for a god or higher being that can answer this question of meaning.
