You have some choices which i will state.

1) MBA - No need to say anything about it, High Pay, Living life like a Big Shot, though its straining and difficult but the reward is just great.

2) Chartered Accountancy - CA is one of the most popular choices among B.Com students, gain the power of certifying audits and gaining big names, but course is tough and has a 25-30% pass out rate, so if you are hard working then this is for you.

3) Cost Accountancy/Company Secretaryship - Just the next choice after CA, these two are absolutely different from each other, but both have good prospects, pass out rates are lower then CA, so not a very popular choice.

4) ICA - Institute of Computer Accounts give various courses on different avenues of accounts, cost etc., and teaches you tally and what not, Job packages are good but pay is not as high as the above mentioned.

5) IT - Change the line completely damn! if you're one of those commerce students who are sick of doing accounts and all then forget it and get some diplomas in IT courses like Java, C, C++ etc., it is the most booming sector so why not.

There are a lot of other courses too, so in the end you should do what help you achieve you're life long goal.

Best of Luck!
