The N.S.W government is stupidly not increasing the water resrictions to grade 4. Is it just to appease the Sydney Voters who are the greatest water wasters in Australia in particular Mosman,
Where as Goulburn on grade 5 are all but out of water?

I love hearing questions like these from other countries learning first hand what it's like in other countries! I didn't realize Australia had these kind of problems, we get caught up in our own countries problems we forgt others have them too. What will happen to the people in Goulburn without water?
