It was about a family who lived in San Francisco, The husband (a grey or white haired man) who's job was an cartoonist in the paper, I think a moose. His wife named Meriel, and his two daughter's one brunette and the other a blonde. And the bumbling neighbor who was gay and very funny. Does anyone know the name of this T.V. sitcom?
