If you can practice and master over it in the course of time one important exercise that I am going to tell you.
Be a witness to the events happening around you including the affairs in the country. I mean - just allow the event pass through -no comments, no thoght or feeling connected to the happenig That is, 'witnessing' without participation to the happening around you.
Please remember everything that is happening not because of you or your countrymen. It's all the DIVINE DESIGN' programmed by the ALMIGHTY. If you believe this and do the practice that has been presented to you above will solve your and everybody's problem of survival in this country.

It is within you to be different and to accept that you have values that are different. I am one person who rarely agrees with people on anything. But I love the way I am, because every person makes this world. Imagine how boring the world would be if everything was similar.
The country's problems are the workings of those people who care a damn about society and are thinking about themselves alone. If you are not that sort of person, think about how every action of yours can make a difference in the lives of another individual. People may call you mad, but you know otherwise. Eventually what should matter is not how people are with you, but irrespective of their behaviour how you have been to others. When you die you should leave with a clear conscience and no regrets.
