no ofcourse not im 5"7 and 145 but lift weight. 130 sounds abut right, dn't worry about yur weight just make sure u exercise and at healthy. Take a multi vitamin daily.

I am 5'7 180. I need to loose 30 lbs. You sound just right. If you are having image issues you may want to talk to a counselor.

You are fine. Just remember, pizzas, fast food and beer will pack it on you faster than you can do 50 crunches.
