I had the same problem, turns out the CD burner was shot. I had to get a new one. Try reloading the burning software first. Chow

Make sure the burn speed on the burner and on the black CD's are compatible.
I try not to burn over 8x - 16x. Any faster and the cd quality is reduced.

A little more info might go a long way here...

what exactly does the error say?
what program you using to burn with?
does it initiate the burn and then you get the error halfway in...something regarding buffer underun error?
always a problem or is this something new?
