Let her be on top. this way she will have more control. this will let her decide how much she can handle. let her take her time. make sure you have some extra lubricating jelly on hand. maybe a glass of wine before just to take the edge off. it's nice to know that you care about her enough to check out the options. you deserve a pat on the back! she is a lucky lady to have someone as considerate as you seem to be.

Really, its what's most comfortable for her really... in my experience, missionary has worked the best... it allows for a lot of face to face kissing, romantic interaction, and emotional response... but she needs to be comfortable... if she prefers sitting, standing, 'doggie' style to avoid face to face... you need to go with what she's comfortable with.
Hot tub, missionary/sitting is probably the best - she can be in control whilst being face to face with you...
