Just starting out how big should my pictures be.... for the main ones(agencies)I was going to send out 1 8x10 and another smaller wallet size... and for the others i was going to use a 2 wallet size photos that show two different poses...
what do you think??
also is there any advice you can give me on searching for a agent period??

Actually I would make them 5x7.. and in the back of these calling cards.. have your weight, height, coloring, and what you have done currently in the business.. acting, singing, modeling, instruments played, dancing and the communitee theaters you have worked in... make them bullets.. nothing too wordy.. easy reading. and all of your contact information.
I would not make too many at this point as your agent.. might want to hook you up with a professional.
But you do need to start off with something.. and register with S.A.G. so that you can network. There is a fee.. but if you are serious.. you do it!
Your limitations are only yourself... so Go Girl!
