Because you are not a Christian. Only Christians allowed. Go get saved and they will take the restrictions off.

Have you ever been to that site, like from another computer, or know anyone who has? It could be a porn site and your Windows security may be blocking it for your safety. They name porn sites like that to lure innocent people in, then hook you with big breast, until finally you are addicted to pornography. .
If that isn't the case, go to 'start', 'control panel', internet options', and click the 'security' tab to adjust your restrictions, making your security weaker.
