Oh come on gatclix and phoenix..... she needs an answer.....
Try this. Get any readily available stain removing stick or spray, etc... (Shout, Fantastik, etc...) Anyways, apply it on the stain, let it sit for about an hour, then wash like you normally would, and be sure to toss in a scoop of Oxy Clean. If the stain is still there after washing, mix some Oxy Clean with some water, about a 4 to 1 mixture, then scrub away at it with a toothbrush, this will work. If the first step dont work, go to plan B.

Fortunately, this is a common problem. About.com has a decent process on this with a couple of my mods.
Stain Removal Step 1.
Remove as much chocolate as possible with a dull knife or spoon. (Put the clothing in the freezer and you may be able to flex and crack off embedded pieces - gatcllc)
Stain Removal Step 2.
Rinse the stain from the back thoroughly with cold water.
Stain Removal Step 3.
Rub liquid detergent on the stain and allow it to stand for at least 5 minutes.
Stain Removal Step 4.
Soak the stain in cold water for 10-15 minutes or until the stain becomes more loosened. Every three to five minutes, rub the stained area.
Stain Removal Step 5.
Rinse thoroughly.
Stain Removal Step 6.
Repeat until no more chocolate stain can be removed.
Stain Removal Step 7.
If an oily stain remains, add a stain remover stick, gel, or spray.
(Try some non-solvent upholstery or even carpet cleaner - gatcllc)
Wash normally.

If you just barely get it on your clothing & you haven't washed it yet, I say use Tide To Go. It works wonders & gets the stain out. You can also use dish soap or any stain remover spray, stick, or gel. Also, wash it in hot, hot water.
