There is no time limit after eating, feel free to jump in. Some people even eat in the tub while reading a book. You will not get sick or drown. Just don't lay there and relax, as the tiredness is more important - you could fall asleep.

Waiting has more to do with swimming than bathing, mostly because you are more likely to get a cramp if you go swimming, and if the water is deep, you might not be able to control yourself because of the pain from a cramp. As i don't think you will be doing any jumping around, or intense swimming in your bathtub, you should be fine!!

Umm, isn't that the "rule" for swimming after eating, not bathing/showering? I eat and then take a shower/bath right away and I haven't been sick. What a stupid "rule".

Taking a bath is not really that rigorous, lol. As long as you don't make like Free Willy in the tub, you'll be fine.
