What would you do if you were sitting down on a bench in the middle of a busy mall and someone asked you for your seat. Would you give it to them or not? It's part of a sociology assignment, thanks for your input!

If someone asked me for my seat I would ask them if they were feeling bad. If the answer was yes I would give them my seat.
If someone cut in line in front of me there would be a scene.

I don't have any problem giving my seat up if asked nicely.

If someone cuts in line if front of me I wouldn't stop bugging them until they move at the back of the line.

i would ignore that they cut, cuz hey, i cut in lines too.

and the only way i would give my seat up is for a real old person, little kid, or someone who was about to pass out or someone who was pregnant.. other then that, they can find there own seat.

Excuse me, the end of the line is over there.

As for the seat, depends on the person. If it was an old or disabled person, yes.

if some one cuts in the line then i'd politely go and tell them " you must be in quite a hurry that you didn't see a queue here so i'd like to take the pleasure to tell you that this is a queue"

and if its for sitting down then i'd let them to sit down as they might need the rest more than i would and if i was really tired then i'd sincerly tell that persoon i'm sorry.

Depends on who that person is, if they are eldery, pregnant, or disabled. If they are I would, but if just anyone else maybe not, would just ignore them, then maybe if i was in a really good mood and i couldnt really sit still anyways.

I would object . As far as seats go I would require a good reason.

I would examine the individual to see if they were in poor health or if they could have problems standing for very long.
