Since the Amazing race in filmed in advance before shown on TV, what do the producers of the shows do to keep details of the show (winner, eliminations, etc.) secret? After all, eliminated contestants may leak these details out.

Everyone in there signs a contract that says they will not leak out information or get possible legal problems....and fines $$$$$

My guess is that all contestants are taken somewhere to wait out the end so that noone knows they've been cut. And they probably have legal agreements that state that, if they leak, they not only lose whatever they're being paid, they lose any money they make and then some.

Just like every reality show (survivor, American Idol..etc) the contestants must sign a contract saying they will not reveal any outcomes of the show until the show has aired

I heard tv shows make people sign contracts making them promise not to tell anything that happens on the show until it's aired. If they break this promised, they are fined heavily (we're talking about millions of dollars).
