They're a bit bigger than an ant, with a round head and longer body, and about 6 legs. Any ideas??

Call the bug sprayer! I get icky bugs all of the time too! Vacuum your house thoroughly as well.

They sound like water bugs. They are harmless but are pesty and no-one wants them in their home. I spray my own home at the first sign of bugs/roaches ect. I have a hand held sprayer that I bought from Lowes. You can buy all sorta Bug Killers to spray Inside and outside of your home from Lowes, Home depot ect. After you spray around the base of walls and under cabinets, closets ect. You should leave your home, and not breathe the fumes for a few hours. If you have pets take them with you, and cover fish Aquariums also.

sounds like bed bugs! Better get the place sprayed quickly
