I once had a client who had each family member write a short paragraph about this "birthday girl" (his mom). He then took each of the writings and put each one on a page of a photo album. The littlest grandchild was too young to write, so he put his handprints on the last page. You could put her cat's paw prints instead. I thought it was a neat idea for a real personalized gift. Or perhaps you could write her a poem about what she means to you and frame it for her.
