Nope.
But you must know this... ships aren't made of Styrofoam, they're made of steel. Some boats are made of aluminum, some have been made of concrete and plenty have been made of other materials like wood.
These boats are heavy, but they're also huge, and not just a big, solid chunk of metal. There is plenty of "space" in a boat or ship. This space is filled with air, which we know is lighter than water.
The shape of the ship's hull moves (or "displaces") water until the weight of the water displaced is EQUAL to the weight of the vessel. This is the concept of buoyancy.
A ship is not built so that the hull is only capable of displacing exactly the weight of the ship though - there is always reserve buoyancy in the design. This is so the ship won't sink when you load cargo! The reserve buoyancy can be empty ballast tanks or enough freeboard (sides high enough above the water line) that the edges don't get too close to the water line with the added weight.
(NYtugcapt has the right idea, but remember that if the water displaced weighed MORE than the ship the buoyant force would be greater than the gravitational force and would push the ship up until the two forces were equal - the weight of the displaced water would then equal the weight of the vessel displacing the water.)

A Ship made of steel or iron, floats, because the weight of the water it displaces is more than the weight of the ship.

no,becouse a ship is made in a U shape, and it
will only sink so much, until it has the same
displacement as the upward pressure of the water.
