Jason Jennings of the Astros. He is a young man with excellent potential escaping Colorado (the biggest hitter's park in the league).
Put it this way- the Astros saw enough potential in him to trade one of their brightest young stars in Taveras. And he is replacing Pettite in their rotation.
Expect him to have a breakout year backed by a fairly solid team and in a better park.
-Edit: In response to the post by Joshua, Hirsh has potential but that is all. Taveras was a decent batter with a .278 average and 33 stolen bases- the only decent base theif for the Astros in 2006. He also plays top notch defense in center field with good speed and is well worth Jennings who was only 9 and 13 last season with a 3.78 ERA.
Also Joshua the Rockies ballpark did not change last year, so if anything the fact that the pitchers gave up less home runs is more of a testament to the skill of the pitchers, rather than some miraculous shift from a hitters park to a pitcher's park. All the more reason to look at Jennings to put up solid numbers in 07.-

As a Cubs fan I can tell you, watch out for Rich Hill. This guy has great stuff. He has had some MLB experience the last two years. He dominated the minors. He has a Barry Zito curve and a 90-92 fastball, with pin point control. He is also, smart on the mound and knows when to throw what pitch, he made a lot of great hitters look stupid at the plate. Yes, there will be more scouting on him this year, but as a mid-late round pick he is worth it. He will give you close to a 1:1 Kper IP and probably a 1:3 BB/IP or better.

I'm guessing you are an Astros fan. You seem to be completely blinded here. Firstly, Jason Jennings was pitching in one of the most friendly ballparks last year. Colorado, last year did not give up homeruns at nearly the same rate as in previous years. So this statement is wrong. And Tavares wasn't the major star they gave up, it was Jason Hirsh. Hirsh is going to be great some day. Jennings will be a decent pitcher, but because of the right handed hitters ability to hit homeruns at the 'Stros stadium, his homerun rate may go up.
A good sleeper would be Alex Gordon, though I'm not sure if you would consider him a sleeper. Blalock may be a nice sleeper pick. Dave Bush... great K/BB ratio. If Ian Snell can cut down on the walks he may be a nice pick, but may not get you many wins.

I'm going to say Wes Helms (3B - Phillies). Playing in Philly (big hitters park) with a great line up around him should work and he seems to have found his swing at the end of last season.
I like Jennings as mentioned above, but I wouldn't take him until I set everywhere else first (I think he'll get more wins, but the ERA and Whip could go either way).

I'm going with Stephen Drew of the AZ D-Backs who plays SS. I think he'll be a great player. He's loaded with talent and will definitely help out the D-backs

I know that you are going to think that I am crazy because you have never heard of him, but all of us brewers fans are just holding our fingers that Ryan Braun (3rd base) gets moved up to take on the open slot in the brewers depth chart.

nicely, only off the precise of my head I gotta first trust others on Jacoby Ellsbury (with any luck Coco gets traded). Others probable, Ryan Garko (1B Cleveland), Khali eco-friendly (SS SD), Wily Mo Pena (OF Wash), Hank Blalock (3B Texas), Chris Duncan (OF StL), and wealthy Hill (SP CUBS). sturdy success this season. do no longer carry me to any of those predictions ; )
