I would say 90 is good and 100+ is very good. The more important question though, is what score do you need for the program you want to get into or the job, etc., you want to get. Some US schools will accept undergraduates with 75-80, or even less if they're willing to take English classes.

It depends on what course and what colleges you are targetting. Most of the graduate schools will ask between 80 and 100. However, for Indian students, a good score is above 100 since , with preparation , many do well.
