There are lots of different types of positions in a telecom company, all with different qualifications. What type of job are you looking for? Engineering? Marketing? Sales? Support? Operations? Legal?

The first thing you have to do, is learn to work at about one quarter the speed you do now. Then you have to be able to put people off in a nice way, telling them that they are important to you. Once you have mastered that you will find you workmates will consider you a workahollic and force you to slow down.
