First: make the mixed fraction an improper fraction by > multiplying the whole number (- 4) with the denominator (12)...

(- 4)(12)
= - 48

Sec: add the result (- 48) with the numerator (7) & place them over the denominator (12)...

(- 48 + 7)/12
= - 41/12

Third: divide the fraction & round off to the nearest hundredth...

= - 3.42

2. 8/11

First: divide the fraction as it is...

= .73

3. 3 and 4/18

First: make the mixed fraction an improper fraction by multiplying the whole number (3) with the denominator (18)...

= 54

Sec: add the result (54) with the numerator (4) & place them over the denominator (18)...

(54 + 4)/18
= 58/18

Third: divide the fraction & round off to the nearest hundredth...

= 3.22

You should use a calculator, it gives the decimal!
