I'll do the best I can. You either copy and paste or you cut and paste. When you copy and paste you copy something and paste it into another place. The original copy remains where it is. When you cut, you do it the same way as when you copy except the original is no longer there. Basically you remove it from one place and put it somewhere else. Here is the procedure. Before you can copy and paste or cut and paste you must highlight or select the words or sentences you want to perform these functions on. You do this by left clicking at the last letter, holding the click down and then dragging your mouse to the left across all the words you are going to copy. As you do this, you will see the words darken. ** Start from the bottom right, hold and drag to the left and then up. Do not let go of the click before you are finished. You must do it all at once. If you let go, then you have to start again from the beginning. Once everything is selected, hold down the control key on your keyboard and then press the letter c while continuing to hold the control key. Or you can click the edit button at the top of the window and then left click on copy. At this point you will not see anything happening. The next step is to open the place, for instance an e-mail, where you want to paste the words you have just copied. For instance you can copy a url address from the internet and then paste it into an e-mail. Click in the body of the e-mail as though you were going to type. Now hold down the control key once again and while holding it down, click the letter v on the keyboard. This action will paste the words you have copied into the e-mail. You do the exact same procedure for cut and paste except that cutting eliminates the words from their original place. Try it and then post here and let me know if you were successful.

If you are using a pc, you can cut by holding down the ctrl button and pressing x, copy by holding down ctrl and pressing c, and paste by holding down ctrl and pressing v. Cut will remove the selection and place it where you paste it, whereas copy will copy the selection to where you paste it.

I assume you are using Windows:
1) Hold down left mouse button, drag your cursor over the desired text/item. Release the mouse button.
2) Hit Control-X to cut or Control-C to copy highlighted text/item
3) Place the cursor where you want to paste and hit Control-V

highlight the text you want to cut/copy/paste...hold down the ctrl (control) button on the keyboard and click on c for copy, x for cut, and v for paste.
Control C the text, put the cursor where you want to paste and hold down the Control V. If you only want to copy then select the text, hold down the Control and C for copy and then go to where you want to paste the text and hold down the Control and V button to paste it.
