I tried Kalms herbal tablets a couple of years ago, personally I didnt think they were any good!!
You can take them if you've had a drink that day, but as for taking them with warfarin I'm really not sure, best check with your doctor or the pharmacist

I have found Kalms to be extremely beneficial for me when i've had bouts of insomnia. However, I am unsure as to whether these will affect the Warfarin you are taking. The best thing you can do is consult your GP for advice. I dont see there being a problem because you had a drink that day, but I certainly wouldn't recommend sleeping pills to be taken with or just after consuming a large quantity of alcohol.

I sometimes take the normal Kalms to help get to sleep and find them quite effective. They are safe to take if you have had a drink but I am not sure about the warfarin. You would be best to ask your local pharmacist as most herbal drugs havent been properly licenced so they dont have to state any drug interactions on the label, although they may interact with certain drugs.

1) From my personal experience, they work for some but not others - as with anything herbal.
2) You have to consult a pharmacist (or doctor though pharmacists tend to kno more about herb-drug interactions) before taking anything herbal if you are on blood-thinning medications of any sort.
3) When you talk to the pharmacist about taking Kalms when on warfarin do ask this question as really only they are qualified to answer such questions.

Try not to drink as it is known that alcohol plays havoc with sleep - disrupting the sleep pattern (especially deep sleep and REM) by interfering with different stages of sleep. Read these articles:

Kalms were rubbish for me. If I remember rightly there were loads to take as well, I took the maximum dose but still couldn't get any improved sleep!

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and I use 'peaceful night' they contain Valerian, passion flower and lemon balm (night time use0 For daytime it's the same but without lemon balm. Side effect are minimal but you should check with your doctor before you take any kind of herbal medicine. They work for me and most of my patients. Kalms are not all that good

you are going about things in a strange way by mixing warfarin and alcohol. you are starting heading for trouble. try leaving off the jungle juice as your doc should have told you. take the warfarin late in the evening and have a half hours reading before switching off the light. result a good nights sleep and a hangover free morning. stop being a twerp and lay off the booze.

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/hJ7fC
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.
