Sun dry it for a day and while it's outside, take a baseball bat (actually a flat board is better) and pound on it. Bye bye dust and mites.

lol. to the girl at the top, they really do exist. best way to keep them away is to thoroughly vacuum your mattress at least once and week, and change your sheets once a week as well. i think there is something you can buy as well, to spray on your bed, but i dont really know much about that. i think as long as you keep your bed clean and changed regularly you should be fine.

you have to place the mattress in plastic, seal bug killer inside for 24 hrs. You also need to have the house fumigated
