So, I therefore pray and hope that you would be kind enough and carry forword my project proposal for December 2007. hope, I will be able to drom it December 2007.

First sweetie, you need to always spell check anything important like this before sending. In that, you also must LOOK over the document in its entirety, because spell check just checks for misspelled words, not errors. This is a revised version of what you should write:
