try vermicomposting....cheap, fun, dirty, and environmentally friendly. Every level of production can be sold as a finished product: charge a small fee to remove yard waste, sell compost, sell worms, sell kits for others to start their own vermicomposting. Start a garden with the compost and sell the produce. Or start a nursery with it. Use the worms as bait and sell the fish. Easy to set up, thousands of lessons learned.
