Is there a US import of Gain Ground for the Sega Ages 2500 series?

I'm looking for an American version of the PS2 port for Gain Ground (SEGA AGES 2500 Vol. 9)

I've checked all of the online shopping/gaming sites I can find, and have been to a number of stores, but so far, the only version I can find was released in Japan. Was the series ever brought to the US?

Unfortunately this wasn't one of the titles to make it to the North American PS2.

Of the Sega Ages 2500Ұ games, only Super Monaco GP, Fantasy Zone, Space Harrier, Golden Axe, The Bonanza Bros, Columns, Virtua Racing, Outrun and Alien Syndrome have made it so far.

Gain Ground was skipped over, though it's supposedly available on the Wii Virtual Console, one of those Radica TV "Sega Legends" Games units, and the arcade and Genesis ROMs are fairly easy to find.

I still periodically dust off Gain Ground when I have a "Renovation Games" marathon.
